If you start using your Ivar and something goes wrong, we'll fix it.

Ivar Packs are fully warranted to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship. If a product ever fails prematurely due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace the product, free of charge, at our discretion. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over an extended period of time and use.

For warranty evaluations, please return your product directly to the Ivar Packs Warranty Department at 1495 East Francisco Blvd, Dock-E, San Rafael, CA 94901. All shipping to the Warranty Department must be pre-paid, insured, and be via FedEx or UPS. Ivar Packs cannot be liable for lost in-bound packages. California state law requires that products accepted for repair must be clean. Charges will be assessed if cleaning is necessary.

All evaluation product must include your full contact information, address, copy of your original receipt and/or where the item was purchased.

This warranty expires after one year from the time of purchase. The reason for this is because products, materials, and fabrics all breakdown naturally over time. Yes, any premature faults and defects will be corrected for you. However, after one year, normal wear and tear can (while very subjective to the users habits) do a number to your backpack!
